Boca Raton Resort & Club offers guests complete production and staging
services through our Audio Visual Department. State of the art video, film,
data projection, sound and lighting equipment are available. Also, a complete
theatrical stage with hydraulic lift, as well as a production studio complex to
prepare presentation materials, are just a few of the services the Resort offers.
Your event will be coordinated and staged by our Director
of Audio Visual and his highly experienced technical team.
Our Staff is trained to work directly with you to make sure
all requests are carried out.
Should you wish to bring your own A.V. crew with you, the Boca A.V.
team has the knowledge and experience to make their job even easier,
working with your crew every step of the way.
Our Staff employs various techniques to complement your presentation:
Walk-in Music. This is a great way to "pick your audience up"
before and after the "big meeting", and during coffee breaks.
Packaged Slide Show. An exciting way to open or close a meeting.
Classic eye-openers such as the "Star Spangled Banner" or "America the Beautiful"
provide a beautiful and heartwarming way to inspire any meeting.
Personalized Slide Show. Candid photographs of individuals and their activities
during the convention are always a huge success with the members of the group.
These slide photos are projected onto a large screen with a synchronized musical
soundtrack to enhance the mood. Show it at the end of your meeting or at the annual
banquet for a sure-fire hit.
Recordings. Be it a particular meeting or your entire program, you can have
them recorded for private use or copies for sales and distribution to your group
members and other interested parties.
Video Taping. A very popular means of preserving important meetings and functions.
It has also become a widely-used instructional tool among groups and companies of all sizes.
Live Video Projection. Project your speaker or panel onto a bigger-than-life
screen for your group to see. Ideal for large audiences in the Great Hall, Royal Palm
or Grand Ballroom.
